  • With a brass and sturdy bronze base, these Kunkle 900 series safety valves are built with multiple variations for a more customized use. Certified for air, gas, steam and liquid, these full nozzle designed valves are used for air and gas compressors, pressurized tanks (both gas and liquid), vacuum pumps, vacuum tanks and vacuum equipment, oil and gas separators, and pressure relief systems. Model Description: ASME Section VIII, Air/Gas/Steam/Liquid, “UV” National Board Certified. Also available for vacuum service. PED Certified for non-hazardous gas.

  • These sturdy bronze relief valves are used for overpressure relief and protection of pumps, tanks, lines and hydraulic systems, pressure regulation and continuous bypass relief.   • Models 215V and 337 feature a large nozzle design for high capacity applications. Model 337 is certified for air and gas. Both valves are certified for non-hazardous gas. Used with multi-stage high-pressure compressors, intercoolers and aftercoolers, High pressure receivers and storage bottles as well as thermal expansion relief, these lightweight valves aluminum parts are anodized for corrosion resistance making this valve resistant to both environmental and internal corrosion.

  • The 6000 series Kunkle valves are popular with air, gas and steam applications. Valve housing is a heavy duty casting. These bronze and stainless steel valves are used with steam boilers, steam generators, air compressors, gas compressors – both reciprocating and rotary, intercoolers and aftercoolers, pressurized steam autoclaves, pressurized steam sterilizers, and pressure reducing stations.
