design and patented "soft seat" for dramatically reduced seal leakage, a common concern of those using valves with metal
to metal seating. Flow ratings are National Board certified in accordance with ASME Sections I and VIII.

new 119 Series cast iron safety valves are flanged, heavy duty and
high capacity safety valves ideal for use on all types of boilers,
pressure vessels and pressure piping systems. These ruggedly built
valves offer you a cost-saving alternative to conventional steel
bodied valves - without compromising quality or level of performance.
These new valves feature a top guided design and two control rings to ensure tightness of the seal, repeatable performance and extended service life. Flow ratings are National Board certified in accordance with ASME Sections I and VIII. Applications: Overpressure protection of steam boilers, accumulators, pressure reducing stations and pressure piping systems, pneumatic conveying equipment, air and gas compressors, receivers and dryers. Cast iron safety valves must not be used for lethal, flammable or corrosive fluid service. |
